Здравствуйте. Я только начинаю пользоваться linux и мне очень понравилась данная сборка своей простотой и схожестью с windows. Интересуют два вопроса. Первый: у меня в Look Changer отображаются только Windows 2000 и Mac OS X, так и должно быть? И второй: у меня не работает звук, я конечно знаю как это устранить - нужно из Synaptic установить Pulse, но вопрос в другом, в том что возможно это из-за того, что я устанавливал систему из флешки. Пробовал записывать через UltraISO, через нее вобще не установилась. Через Rufus установилась, но были проблемы описанные выше. Через Universal USB Installer то же самое, что и через Rufus только при установке появилось чёрно-белое или чёрно-зелёное меню выбора на английском (установить, удалить и т.д.).

... во время установки произошла непоправимая ошибка....
или что-то в этом роде пишет...
это происходит после установки языковых пакетов, что в данной версии, что и в более ранней 10.... и [Хочу Знать] чё делать....
на мой взгляд, ось не может сделать загрузочную запись или как там по научному,
на указанный во время установки ж.д....

чЁ за ересь пишите!!! поменяйте флешку и запишите с помощью Руфус последней версии...и ещЁ а на какое железо вы еЁ пихаете??? у мя на аэмдэ 3600+ и ддр-800 и винт адэе - встала криво и работа с тормозами без эффектов, а вот 9-ка - усЁ хорошо работает.

Стоит качать или нет если ее поддержка до 2 июля 2016 года или ждать новее, потому как 9 Ultimate у которой поддержка до 2019 г. качал качал ни где ни сходятся хеш суммы.
Поэтому и вопрос стоит качать ,11 мне по нравилась.

Ну а что мешает уже из установленной системы обновиться до новой версии после ее выхода?
Обычно разработчики оставляют комментарии у себя на сайте - как обновиться и когда.

Во первых я первый раз слышу за такое чтобы Zorin обновляли свои билды Ultimate c 9 на 10 и на 11 но может быть оно и есть, об этом знают авторы сборки и автор выложенного релиза постольку так как он их покупает каждую сборку .
А если ты такой пунктик нашёл на сайте то покажи мне его где там пишется про что то похожее тобою упомянутое

В меню настройки есть пунктик отвечающий за настройки мыши вот там и сможешь настроить, а вот поменять курсор на какой то более изящный к примеру рука или листик или что вроде этого, гугл тебе в помощь.

Безполезно на флешку ложить.хоть руфусом.хоть ультрой..
Может есть что нибудь .типа linux tib..хоть поюзать что к чему.

можно к грабу прикрутить на мультифлешку.
создать на флешке папку LINUX.
в папке LINUX создать папку zorinX64
поместить в папку zorinX64 сам образ zorin-os-11-ultimate-64.iso и 2 файлы - initrd.lz, vmlinuz, которые находятся в самом образе в папке casper (вытащить ультраизой или винраром)

так-же со всеми убунту-подобными.
добавляем папки с линуксами, и дополняем меню.
в Х64, возможно, файл vmlinuz имет расширение - vmlinuz.efi (тогда в меню исправить)
