Если вы первый раз знакомитесь с трекером и неуверены начнется ли у Вас раздача, то вы можете сначала запостить свое сообщение в раздел TEMP с небольшой припиской: "Проверьте раздачу!" Будьте уверены, у вас проверят. И в том случае, если все в порядке, то смело жмите "Правка" и переносите сообщение в соответствующий раздел.
ЗЫ: перенести в раздел можно только код сообщения. Торрент-файл надо заливать-скачивать по новой.
Или просите модератора раздела перенести тему целиком.

(my russian is very poor, so I need englishhow to).
My rating is poor. I want to increase. Since I cannot download nothing I cannot increase rating if nobody want to upload what I downloaded already. I want to seed more but I don't know how. I thing I need to post something. I have good staff for share but I don't know how.

А кстати, господа девелоперы, почему бы не продублировать основные моменты (как скачать, как раздать, правила и т.п.) на английском? Чел вон не скачать помочь клянчит, а "кульным стаффом" поделиться хочет, но по-русски - не силён...
Можно юзеров, владеющих языками привлечь. А за проделанную работу каким-нибудь бонусом наградить? Я думаю - нашлись бы желающие!

In english rules of site is nothing about aspect
(making trakers for this community),
I am a new member so most probably I cannot make trakers.
My mistake was to choose from beggining a large file for download.
Now if no leechers for that file my rating will remain small forever.

In another hand Good observation: my english is also poor. But is good enough to comunicate very well. You understanded perfect my requirment.
So better one answer no smart jokes.

When you was create you .torrent file you can make a post on this forum. with description and previews.

For create you personal content posting:
1. Create YOUR .torrent file
2. Create you posting with preview and description
3. ATACH YOUR Torrent File in your posting, press POST (finishing to creat post)
4. rustext: "Теперь вам нужно скачать файл" - And then you need to download YOUR torrent file (right mouse click and press Save As -> Rewrite you same name .torrent file)
5. Open uTorrent -> Open torrent file -> choose YOUR Torrent file -> Save to.. (save to same folder where you TORRENT file's located)
6. Pres Ok, then Ok again!
7. Enjoy
8. Drink vodka, do'nt forget about it, it's very important after torrent upload's is Fine!

Поставил на разрачу.
Но почему-то, когда с меня скачивают, скорость раздачи оооочень маленькая - порядком 9-14 Кб/с.
При скачивании - max. 59 Кб/с.
Подскажите в чем проблема?
У себя в торенте при раздачи - скорость 4-1,5 Мб/с.
Может быть, что то надо настроить? Не-то я так свое Ratio так и не подниму.
В настоящее время скачивание для меня закончилось (сижу жду пока Ratio поднимется).
