* TagFilters Taglocity reduces the need for folders and folder hierarchies because each tag acts as a virtual folder. Instead of making copies of messages to put in different folders, simply set multiple tags on the original messages. Then dynamically filter content by tags as needed, or let Taglocity automatically create Outlook search folders based on your tag filters to simulate persistent physical folders.
* TagActions Automate common tasks with user determined actions that run when tags are set. Tedious tasks such as moving items to folders, turning email into appointments or tasks, setting other tags, and more can be automated with TagActions.
* AutoTags Taglocity learns from how you tag and adds tags automatically to your content. This uses a similar technology to spam AI filters, and learns from your actions to improve in accuracy over time.
* TravelingTags Taglocity allows your tags to travel to other people you send and receive messages from. These tags can help clarify your intent of the message, as well as serve as useful shared information to collaborate around. Powerful aliasing allows you to match up your tags with other people's.
* TagSearch Taglocity advances Microsoft's Windows Desktop Search with a tag-based query feature. Tags provide additional context to keyword searches which makes search results more relevant, and therefore easier to find what you're looking for.
