Четверо молодых людей делали довольно серьёзную музыку с интеллектуальными претензиями, при этом их творчество вполне имело шанс на коммерческий успех. С расчётом на это они постоянно поддерживались крупными лейблами, писали отличные песни, много гастролировали, однако успех к ним так и не пришёл. Распад коллектива стал вполне закономерным, однако неожиданно их песни («Remembrance Day» и особенно «Nowhere Girl») обрели спустя полтора десятилетия статус классики и чуть ли не гимнов 1980-х.
